Association des Jeunes Intellectuels d'Oran

The Association des Jeunes Intellectuels d'Oran (AJIO) is a social association founded in 2013 by a group of young people from Oran, aiming to promote a culture of volunteering and civic engagement. It is a member of SHAREK Algeria. Its mission focuses on developing the capacity of young Algerians to become positive actors in their society, through civic education programs, community volunteering activities, awareness conferences, and local development projects. The association works in coordination with youth houses and the wilaya's universities to reach as many young people as possible, and actively participates in national and regional civil society forums.
